1. Introduction

Welcome to Researcho.ai, a research-focused talent and opportunity platform operated by RNDgrid Pvt Ltd.

Researcho.ai helps researchers, students, PhD scholars, postdoctoral researchers, faculty members, R&D professionals, startups, industries, institutions and recruiters connect around research-based jobs, internships, projects, collaborations, expert discovery and R&D opportunities.

By accessing or using Researcho.ai, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

• “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” means RNDgrid Pvt Ltd operating under the brand name Researcho.ai.
• “Platform” means the Researcho.ai website, application, software, tools, database, AI features and related services.

3. Use of the Platform

You may use Researcho.ai to:

• Create and manage a research profile.
• Upload a CV or resume.
• Convert CV data into a structured research profile.
• Showcase education, skills, research experience, publications, projects, patents, instruments and technical expertise.
• Discover research jobs, internships, projects and R&D opportunities.
• Be discovered by relevant startups, industries, institutions and recruiters.
• Search for research talent, experts, technologies or opportunities.
• Communicate with potential collaborators, recruiters or opportunity providers.

We may add, modify or remove features at any time to improve the platform.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Researcho.ai. If you are below 18 years of age, you should use the platform only with the consent or supervision of a parent, guardian, institution or authorised representative, where applicable.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Update your information when required.
• Not create fake, misleading or duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

By uploading your CV or profile information, you confirm that:

• The information provided is true to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the right to upload and share the information.
• The content does not violate any third-party rights.
• You understand that AI-based extraction or structuring may require your review and correction.

Researcho.ai may use AI or automated tools to extract information from your CV, such as education, skills, publications, projects, experience and research areas. AI-generated outputs may not always be fully accurate, and you are responsible for reviewing and correcting your profile.

7. Visibility of Research Profiles

Depending on the platform design, your profile information may be visible to relevant opportunity providers, recruiters, startups, industries, institutions or other authorised users.

We may use your profile information to recommend opportunities, improve matching, generate structured insights and help relevant organisations discover suitable researchers.

You should not upload confidential, proprietary or sensitive information unless you are authorised to share it.

8. Recruiter and Organisation Responsibilities

Recruiters, companies, startups, industries, institutions and other organisations using Researcho.ai agree to:

• Use researcher data only for genuine hiring, internship, collaboration, R&D or opportunity-related purposes.
• Not misuse, sell, scrape, copy, redistribute or commercially exploit researcher profiles outside the permitted use.
• Not contact users for spam, fraud, irrelevant promotions or unlawful purposes.
• Ensure that opportunity details shared on the platform are accurate and not misleading.
• Follow applicable employment, privacy, anti-discrimination and data protection laws.

Researcho.ai reserves the right to restrict or remove recruiter access if misuse is detected.

9. Opportunities, Jobs and Matching

Researcho.ai may display jobs, internships, projects, research openings, expert opportunities or collaboration possibilities.

We do not guarantee:

• Selection for any job, internship or opportunity.
• Accuracy or continued availability of third-party opportunities.
• Response from recruiters, companies or institutions.
• Any fixed number of leads, applicants, interviews or conversions.
• That AI-based recommendations will always be accurate or complete.

Users must independently verify opportunity details before applying, accepting or making decisions.

10. AI-Based Features

Researcho.ai may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation or algorithms for:

• CV parsing and Profile structuring.
• Skill extraction and Research area classification.
• Candidate matching and Opportunity recommendations.
• Search and discovery, Profile improvement suggestions, and Recruiter-side talent discovery.

AI outputs are assistive in nature and may contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations. You should not rely solely on AI-generated information for critical decisions.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, such as your CV, profile details, publications, project details and other submitted information.

By submitting content to Researcho.ai, you grant RNDgrid Pvt Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, analyse, display and use such content as required to operate, improve and provide the platform services.

You agree not to upload content that is:

• False, misleading or fraudulent.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Confidential without proper authorisation.
• Illegal, harmful, abusive or discriminatory.
• Containing viruses, malware or harmful code.
• Unrelated spam or promotional material.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform design, software, database structure, algorithms, branding, logos, UI, content, workflows and technology related to Researcho.ai are owned by or licensed to RNDgrid Pvt Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

The brand name Researcho.ai and related branding belong to RNDgrid Pvt Ltd.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may include links to third-party websites, job pages, institutional pages, recruiter websites, publication links, external profiles or other resources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, policies, actions or content of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

14. Payments and Paid Services

Some services on Researcho.ai may be free, while others may be paid or subscription-based. If paid features are introduced or offered, pricing, payment terms, refund terms and service scope will be communicated separately through the platform, invoice, proposal or written agreement. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, fees paid for digital services, access or subscriptions may be non-refundable.

15. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse researcher or recruiter data.
• Scrape, crawl, copy or harvest platform data without permission.
• Upload false profiles or fake opportunities.
• Use the platform for spam, fraud or misleading communication.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt or overload the platform.
• Reverse engineer or copy platform technology.
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Use the platform for unlawful, discriminatory or unethical hiring practices.

16. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse platform data.
• You provide false or misleading information.
• Your activity may harm users, organisations or the platform.

You may also stop using the platform at any time.

17. Disclaimer

Researcho.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• Every researcher will receive opportunities.
• Every recruiter will find suitable candidates.
• AI matching will always produce correct results.
• Third-party job listings or opportunities will remain available.

Users should independently verify all important information before making decisions.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RNDgrid Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of Researcho.ai. This includes loss of data, opportunity, revenue, reputation, business, employment, profits or goodwill.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RNDgrid Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, partners and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from:
